If a find came back wrong or empty, tell us the song, the time and where you were listening — it helps us fix it fast.
Common questions
It said it couldn't find the song.
Hold the phone toward the music and tap again during a part with the full beat and vocal. Very loud crowds, long talk-overs and heavy effects can hide the tune. If it still misses, the song may not be in our library yet — send it to us and we will add it.
It asked me to choose between two songs.
That happens when versions are very close — the same tune in several edits, or songs on the same riddim. Tap the one you hear. Your choice helps it answer the same question better next time.
How do I turn the microphone on?
Open your iPhone's Settings, scroll to Riddim Radar, and switch on Microphone. Riddim Radar only listens while you are finding a song or recording.
Where are my finds and crates?
On your phone, in the Home and Crates tabs. They are not stored on our servers, so deleting the app deletes them — export a list first if you want to keep it.
How do I share a list of what I found?
Open a day or a crate and tap the share button. You can send it to messages, notes, email or any app you like.
Is Riddim Radar on Android?
Not yet. It is on iPhone first. Email us if you want to hear when Android arrives.
How do I join the beta?
Email us from the address you use with Apple and we will send a TestFlight invite.
